Procedure for Intellectual Property Complaints (DMCA)

Notice Requirements

A valid infringement notice must include:

  • a signature of the rights holder or authorized representative;

  • identification of the protected work claimed to be infringed;

  • details of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service;

  • your contact information;

  • a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;

  • confirmation that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We may share your notice with the relevant user and/or third-party reporting databases, where required or appropriate.

Repeat Infringement Policy

We may remove content alleged to infringe rights and may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property laws or our policies, at our discretion.

Counter Notice

If your content is removed following a claim, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • your signature;

  • identification and prior location of the removed content;

  • a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken or misidentified;

  • your contact details and consent to jurisdiction as required under applicable law.

By filling in the Copyright Counter-Notification Form.

We may restore the content unless the original claimant initiates legal action within the required timeframe.

Misuse of Process

Submitting false or abusive claims or counterclaims may result in liability for damages, including legal fees, under applicable law. We reserve the right to pursue remedies against fraudulent or bad-faith submissions.
