For how long can I use the free plan?
You can use the free plan for as long as you like. However, keep in mind that you can create and edit up to 10 banners. The limit is set so that everyone can try Bannersnack before purchasing a premium plan. We believe that all high-quality tools come at a cost and Bannersnack makes no exception.
Why should I upgrade from the free plan?
Upgrading from a free plan will allow you to create more than ten banners and will remove the watermark. With a paid plan, you get unlimited access to our stock photo collection, premium templates, HTML5 animation effects, organizing features, and advanced analytics as long as the subscription remains active.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically if you don't cancel the auto-renewal. You will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your subscription type.
What happens with my ongoing paid subscription if I decide to switch to another premium plan?
Our system will provide you with a discount code that represents the amount of money left unspent based on the remaining time in your billing cycle. This way, you will only have to pay the difference left between the plan you want to upgrade to and the amount of money left unspent.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, we do not offer prorated refunds.
