You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, export, publish, or distribute through the Services, and for ensuring that such content complies with this Policy and applicable law
Prohibited content and conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited, while using or accessing the Services:
Illegal or Harmful Activities: Fraud, phishing, impersonation; Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code; Unauthorized access to accounts or systems; Circumventing security or authentication mechanisms.
Violence and Dangerous Content: Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of harm; Promotion of terrorism, extremism, or criminal activity; Instructions for weapons, explosives, or illegal acts.
Sexual or Obscene Content:Pornography or explicit sexual content; Sexualized depictions of minors (zero tolerance); Non-consensual intimate imagery.
Hate, Harassment, and Discrimination: Hate speech targeting protected groups; Bullying, harassment, or defamation; Content intended to threaten or intimidate.
Political and Electoral Content: Unverified political advertising; Manipulative or deceptive political messaging; Deepfakes involving political figures.
Medical Misinformation: False or misleading medical claims; Promotion of unapproved treatments or cures; Intellectual Property Violations; Uploading unlicensed fonts, images, or assets; Reproducing brand identities without permission; Creating visuals that mimic websites or apps for phishing.
Technical Abuse: Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction; Using bots or automation to generate content at scale; Using Bannersnack as a file hosting or CDN service; Uploading unsupported or harmful file type.
Collaboration Abuse: Deleting or altering shared projects without authorization; Sharing private or confidential project links; Misusing team permissions.
Monitoring and inforcement
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Services and to remove, suspend or disable access to an account or any content that violates this policy, the Terms or any agreement between you and Bannersnack, the applicable laws and regulations, or take any other action, at our discretion.
